Is it safe to book direct with Apex Hospitality Rentals?

Yes. Apex properties are professionally managed on Guesty — the same platform used by Marriott Homes & Villas and Vacasa. Every reservation is identity-verified through Guesty Verify, and properties are protected through Guesty Shield. Booking direct at apexhospitalityrentals.com gives you the same property at a lower total price than Airbnb or VRBO.

How do I save by booking direct?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. For corporate stays we can provide itemized invoices — contact our team for details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 14 days before arrival. No refund within 7 days of arrival. Custom terms are available for long corporate stays.

How does check-in work?

Self check-in via smart lock. You will receive your unique door code 24 hours before arrival — no key pickup or front-desk wait required.

What is the minimum stay?

2 nights for most weekends; 3 nights during major events such as F1 Miami, Art Basel, the FIFA World Cup, and New Year’s Eve.

Is parking included?

Parking varies by property: valet is included in Brickell, garage parking is included in Silver Spring, and paid on-site or garage parking is available in Downtown Miami and Midtown Atlanta. Check each listing for specifics.

Is the Wi-Fi fast enough for remote work?

Yes — 500+ Mbps fiber internet on all properties, with a dedicated workstation and external monitor in every unit.

Are pets allowed?

Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are considered case-by-case with a $150 cleaning fee — please message us before booking.

What concierge services do you offer?

Our in-home concierge can arrange private chef dinners, in-home massage, fresh flower delivery, mid-stay cleaning, grocery pre-stocking, airport transfers, and local experiences. Explore concierge by city: Miami, Atlanta, and DC Metro.

Can I extend my stay mid-trip?
